This is a wonderful CD. My step-daughter loves it and it is the only cd she has ever requested that I play. She started asking for it at around 4 and STILL does at 8. I have used one of the songs during family ritual to keep the children interested. If you get the book to go along with this...it's even better!

My kids know most of these songs by heart and "Ocean Lullaby" has replaced "Rainbow Connection" as their favorite nighttime song.
I find these lovely, simple songs quite moving and deeply spiritual.

I love this CD, it makes a great companion to the book. My daughter loves the songs, as do I. Most of them are in the form of rounds, and are easy to learn.

I have enjoyed the book and have used it with my 2 young children, but kept stalling on buying the CD. The majority of music aimed at children is always so poorly done. It assumes the child can't appreciate anything with anything that doesn't talk down to them and sung in an overly exagerated excited voice with no complexity to it whatsoever. I know the reviews said it was good but I could not do it. But I finally bought it because I wanted to have something Pagan for my boys and it's so hard to find and I really wanted it to go along with the book. It now never comes out of the car and it gets played over and over again. My boys have both made up movements to the songs as they sit in the car listening to it. It's a guarenteed way to get themto calm down during a long day of errand running. The singing is well done and easy on the adult ear as much as the child's. Definately worth getting. I wish I had gotten it sooner!

My wife bought this to accompany the book of the same title. The tracks are light and happy tunes. Anne Hills sounds beautiful as she sings praise to the Goddess.
My daughter is only two and she knows many words from most the songs on the disc. she listens to it all the time, and love to sing herself to sleep
A great compilation and I strongly recomend it even if you do not have kids
