Product Description
What if conflicts at home, conflicts at work, and conflicts in the world stem from the same root cause? And what if individually and collectively we systematically misunderstand that cause, and unwittingly perpetuate the very problems we think we are trying to solve?
Through an intriguing story of parents struggling with their troubled children and with their own personal problems, "The Anatomy of Peace" shows how to get past the preconceived ideas and self-justifying reactions that keep us from seeing the world clearly and dealing with it effectively. Yusuf al-Falah, an Arab, and Avi Rozen, a Jew, each lost his father at the hands of the other's ethnic cousins. As the story unfolds, we discover how they came together, how they help warring parents and children to come together, and how we too can find our way out of the struggles that weigh us down. The choice between peace and war lies within us. As one of the characters says, "A solution to the inner war solves the outer war as well." This book offers more than hope -- it shows how we can prevent the conflicts that cause so much pain in our lives and in the world.

5 out of 5 stars A must read!   November 16, 2009
R. A. Stinehour (Asheville, NC)
Anatomy of Peace is well written and compelling. The story used to illustrate the philosophical model is very interesting and believable. The concepts are life changing and I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to transform their organization to reduce conflict and increase productivity . This book is a classic and a must read.

I bought this book for my kindle but after reading it I also sent a copy to my husband who is deployed. Such a great book that really helped me to see things in a different way. I have since shared the title with numerous friends.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent   November 4, 2009

This book is excellent to help a person understand things about himself that could make trouble in relationships and teaching on how to look at others. It is based on Biblical principles.

5 out of 5 stars Wow! This Book saved my Marriage! Wish I had it 20 years ago :(   October 12, 2009
Black Bart (Cedar City Utah)
I got a phone call from a friend last week, he told me he read "The Anatomy of Peace" I asked him what he thought and he said it perfectly. "That is the most powerful book I have ever read". I wonder though how many people who read this book really understand it? It is not a book you just read. It becomes a way of living and it is hard! The wicked take the truth to be hard :) I guess that tells you where I am! This may sound like I work for the publisher but I promise I don't. This book helped me so much to realize the lie I was living and how much of a jerk I was to most people in my life. Like the book says they were objects not people. I tell people everyday about this book then ask them to pass it on. It is the principles in this book that will bring peace to nations, individuals, and most important to families. Please if you do read it tell others and keep this book moving. The world needs these concepts!!!
