5 out of 5 stars Best book in the series!!   March 12, 2010
M. Foster (Fort Myers, Fl . USA)
This book was AMAZING, the best in the series, and my favorite series since Twilight, the author is such a creative writer, she really blew me away. You should definately read the series.

5 out of 5 stars Is there another book to come?? Love it   March 8, 2010
Vicki Wilburn (Tennessee)
The 4th book is fabulous! I loved the entire series! The only thing I am asking is ... Is there a 5th book to come?? The end leaves you hanging and wanting more. Do they battle the Silver Bloods? Does Sky find the gate keepers? Does Mimi ever forgive Jack? To many questions.... we need another book to get the answers. I love the subtle romance within the characters, some are more bold yes but not to the degreee that I would be worried about my childern reading this. I would recommend this series to my close friend and I have.

5 out of 5 stars Flamingnet.com Top Choice Book-Best of the Blue Blood series   March 2, 2010
Flamingnet Teen Book Reviews (Baltimore, Maryland USA)
Bliss has spent the last year as a passenger in her own
body, as her father Lucifer has taken control. Schyler
and Olive have been on the run after she was found guilty
of her grandfather's murder. And Mimi? She's roughing it
in South America. The Silver Bloods are growing closer
and closer. The softened blue bloods have been forced to
face there greatest enemy. Everything has been turned
upside down in the world of Manhattan's elite.

This book is by far the best of the Blue Blood series.
The world has changed for all of the characters in the
series leaving a sad air over the book. Every character,
even Mimi, has much more important things to take care of
than shopping, things that if left undone could result in
the end of the world. This causes some really interesting
character development leading to a deeper and more
interesting story. This is a must read for Blue Blood
fans!

2 out of 5 stars Draaaawn Out   February 25, 2010
StarReviewer

Okay, so I was a HUGE Blue Bloods fan with the first two books. I wasn't impressed by the third. This one was a very exciting read, but...
It's written in a totally confusing way. It takes place a year after the third book ends, and doesn't explain that, or why, at the beginning, instead we figure it out as we go along. We also sort of have to guess what the characters have been doing during that time till the author explains it, which isn't soon enough.
This book was, I think, written the way it was so the author could get more money. Nothing is accomplished as far as the plot goes, except for two scenes at the very end, about ten pages worth. There are just a lot of exciting chase scenes, but that isn't what people read these books for.
On the same note, so many events are put off, again and again.
Finally, the major characters aren't very likeable. Schylur does some really annoying things, but I guess we're supposed to forgive her, just like everyone else does, because she's the 'good guy'. Other characters who were total good guys in the first book, were also irresponsible and cruel at times in the book, which annoyed me. Likable characters take responsibility, but even unlikable ones usually face consequences, which these don't.
Finally, some people may find that this book takes a lot more liberty with biblical stories than the other books do, I think this might be very offensive to some people.
